Magdalena Vigil-Tullar has over thirty-five years of experience in the Human Resources field, specializing in Employee and Labor Relations, with over 20 years of experience working with Unions and Management, including addressing grievances, and negotiating contracts. Ms. Vigil-Tullar has been mediating for 5 years, concentrating on workplace mediations.
